Do you offer delivery?
No, we operate on a DIY pick-up and return model. This allows us to keep our overhead low and pass those major cost savings directly on to you!
How do I get started?
It’s easy! Just fill out our online rental form. We will get back to you with a personalized quote within 24–48 hours, guide you through the next steps, and answer any questions you have.
I don’t see an item that I’m interested in. Do you carry it?
We are constantly expanding our inventory! If you're looking for something specific, let us know in the ‘Additional Details’ section of your inquiry. It might already be on its way.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept major credit cards only. All other forms including debit, cash, mobile apps, etc are not accepted at this time.
What is your cancellation policy?
21+ days before event: Full refund of booking deposit.
15–20 days before event: 50% refund of booking deposit.
14 days or less: Booking deposit is non-refundable.
How far in advance should I book my rentals?
We recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for peak wedding and graduation seasons (Spring and Fall). However, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on item availability.
What is needed to reserve my date?
We require a 50% booking deposit and a signed contract. Remaining balance, tax and refundable security deposit due Monday prior to event.
